S.O, 214(EI.—In exeicisc of (he puweis conferred by clause (3) of article 7? of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend, the Government of India (Allocation ol Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules mny bo called the Government of Indin (Allocation of
Business) (One hundred and thirty-second Amendment) Rules, 1979.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official

DEPARTMENT Ol" SOCIAL WELFARE (SAMAJ KALYAN VIBHAOT, nftct entry 23, ihc following enliy shall be inserted, namely :—
"23A. Artificial I imbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Kanpnr
(AI.IMCO).".
