CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 258 (E).—In exercise of ihe powers confened by sub-rule (1) of rule 173-A of Ihe Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment In the notification of the Government of Tndm in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ami Insurance) No. 171/69- Centval Excise, dated the 21st June, 1969 namely :—
In the said notification, in clause (2), the figures and brackets, '4-11(2), 4-11
(3)(i), and 4-11(4)", shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 1969,
