NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, Ihe 28th April, 1979
G.S.R. 273fE).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 cf the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri M. Chockalingam, ns a Trustee representing the labour employed in the Port of Tuiicorin and Sarvashri P.S.T.S. Thiraviaratna Nadar and Bangaru Lakshman, as Trustees representing other interests, on tho first Board of Trustees constituted in respect of tho Port of Tuticorin and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R, 93(E), dated the 1st March, 1979, namely :—
In the said notification, aftei Serial Number 12 and the entry relating therc'o,
the following Serial Numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
"13. Shri M. ChocVniingam
(representing the Itibour employed in the Port)
14. Shri P.S.T.S. Thiraviaratna Nadar
(representing the other interests)
15, Shri Bangnru Lakshmnn
(representing (he other interests)"
