NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 28th April, 1979
G. S. R. 274 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of sec- tion 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), lead with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby appoints Sarvashri M. V. Bhadram and B. Dharmti Rao as trustees, representing the labour employed in the Port of Visakhapatnam, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Visakhapatnam, and makes the following .amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Trans- port Wing) No. G. S. R. 303 (E), dated the 31st March, 1979. namely :~
In the said notification, after .Serial Number 8, the following Serial Numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :•—
"9. Shri M. V. Bhadram—Representing the labour
employed in the Port.
10. Shri B. Dharma Rao—Representing the labour
employed in the Port."

R. 276(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause "s as trustees, representing Ihe labour em- ployed in (he Port of Calcutta, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta, and makes the following amend- ment in Ihe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G. S. R. 301(E), dated the 31st March, 1979, namely:—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 9, the fol- lowing Serial Numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
"10. Shri Makhan Chatterjee—Representing the labour
employed in the Port.
11, Shri Paibati Das—Representing the labour em-
ployed in the Port."

Kotwat and Arunkant Shah as trustees, representing the labour employed in the Port of Kandla, on the Board of Trustees, of the Port of Kandla, and makes the following amendment in tie notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G. S. R. 300 (E), dated the 31st March. 1979 namely:—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 7, the fol- lowing Serial Numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
"8. Shri Manohar G. Kotuwal—Representing the labour
employed in the Port.
9. Slul Arunkant Shah—Representing Ihe labour em-
ployed in the Port."
