NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th April, 1979
S.O. 236(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of seciion 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act. 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. K, Rao, Officer on Special Duty, Food Research and Standardi- sation Laboratory, Ghaziabad, to perform all or any of the functions of the Director of a Central Food Laboratory nnd makes the following further amend- ments in the notification of the Government of Jadia in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Heath), No. S.O. 81 (£), dated the 8th February, 1978, namely :-—
In the Table annexed to the said notification in item 3, for the entry in column (1), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
"Shri R. K. Rao".
2. This notification shall come into force on the 30th day of April, 1979.
