NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, rhe 3rd May, 1979
S.O. 243 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) anii (4) of section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the Traffic Manager, Mor- mugao Port Trust, Mormugao, as a member of the said Board and further directa that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 2762, dated the 16th August, 1977, namely :—
In the said notification, under the heading "Members representing the Central Government," for the entry aga'tet item No. (4), the entry "Traffic Manager, Mormugao Port Trust, Mormugao shall be substituted.
