NOTIFICATION
Calcutta, the 7th May, 1979
S.O. 260 (E) .— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, the Jute Commi-
ssioner hereby fixes the prices mentioned In the schedule appended to this Notification as the minimum prices at which ^ute and mesto
of different varieties and grades specified in the said schedule shall be purchased or sold at the up-country markets in the different areas
mentioned therein during the season July, 1979 to June, 1980.
Explanation :
The prices mentioned in the schedule appended to this Notification shall be exclusive of purchase tax, sales tax, market levies and
commission.
