New Delhi, the Uth May, 1979.-
G.S.R. 312(£).—In pursuance of the notification of Iho Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No, S,O. 738(E), dated tho 27th December, 1978, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of June 1979, m the date on which the following provisions of the Anitiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 (Act No. 52 of 1972) .shall come into force in the State of Sikkim namely :~~
Sections 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 22, 24 aub-section (1) of section 25, sub-section
(1) of section 26, sections 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31.
