R. 313(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i> of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962). the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No 72- CUS. [G. S, R. No, 325(E)J dated the 1st April 1979, as amended by Notifi- ciilion No. 86 Cus. [G. S, R. No. 240 (E)], dated 9-4-1979, namely :—
