NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th May, 1979
S.O. 293(E).—In exorcise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 5A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints, the Additional Sec- retary to the Government of India, Minify of Labour, as a member of the Central Board of Trustees and makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 236, dated the 16th December, 1975 published in Vail II, Section 3(ii) of the Gazette of India, dated the 10th January, 1976, namely:—
In the said Notification for the entry against Serial No. 2, the following
entry shall be substituted namely :
"2. The Additional Secretary to the- Government of India, Ministry of Labour,
New Delhi."
