NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th May, 1979
S.O. 294(E).-—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention Food Adulteration Ad, 1954 (37 of 1954) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Depart- ment of Health) No. S.O. 752(F.) dated the 30th December, 1978, the Central Government hereby appoints Lt. Col. O. K Kapur to perform all or any of the functions of the Director of 1he Central Food Laboratory, Mysore and Makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the notification of \he Goverment of India in the Ministry of Health and Fnmily Wolftire (Department of Health) No. S.O. 8KE) dated tho 8th February, 1978, namely:—
In the Table annexed to the said notification, in serial No. 1, for the entry in
column (1), the following entry shall be substiuted, namely:—
"Lt. Col. O, P. Kapur".
