No. IH/451/3/73,—In exorcise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the United Nations (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1947 (46 of 1947), and In partial modification of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry oi Internal Affairs. No. L/45KD/68 dated the 18th January, 1968, the Central Governmeni hereby declares that the provision of clause (b) of Section IS contained in Article V oT the Schedule to the said Act shall apply, mutatis miilundis lo Indian nationals who are on assignment outside India with the Commonwea'h Secretariat or other bodies constituted by it for furtherance of its objectives.
