IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 301(E).~~The following enala shall be deemed to have been carried out to the Open General Licence No. 14/79, issued under the ITC Order No, 23/79, dated the 3rd May, 1979 :—
(1) After the words "Dates" appealing at S. No. 16 of the Schedule
to the said O.G.L., Ihe following shall be added :—
"(Wet or dry)"
(2) S. No. 25(2) of the Schedule to the said O.G.L. shall read as
under:—
"25(2) Machine tools for cutting, forming, abrading and polishing metals, wood, glass and plastics, including any standard or ancillary equipment",
(3) Serial No, 25(4) of the Schedule to the said O.G.L. shall ieud
as under:—
"25(4) (a) Earthmoving machinery only of the types falling under Heading Nos. 84.22, 84.23 and 87,02—excluding, however, their prime movers; and
(b) Internal combustion engines bigger than 75 HP size covered
by Heading No, 84.06.
in th" Schedule I to the Imports (Control) Order, 1955."
