NOTIFICATION
CUSTOMS & CENTRAL EXCISE
G.S/R. 318 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Custom i Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and section 37 of the Central Excise" and Salt Act, li H (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules f\ ther to amend the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971, nmiely :—
1. These rules may be called the Customs and Central Excise Duties (Second
Amend] lent) Rules, 1979.
2. Ii the Schedule appended to the Customs and Central Excise Duties DrawbB :k Rules, 1971, for Serial No. 38 and the entries relating thereto, the followii g shall be substituted, namely :—
"38 Manufacture of metuls, not otherwise specified.".
