NOTIFICATION
GAJt 322(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Kesangas Company (Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1979 (28 of 1979), the Central Government, being satisfied that the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a GQVcrnru.ent Company, is willing to comply with such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Central Govern- ment, hereby directs Ihtit the right, title and interest and the liabilities, referred to in the said sub-section (1), of the Kosangas Company in relation to its undertaking shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Govern- ment, vest with effect from the 26th day of May, 1979, in the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation limited,
