EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S. O- 318 (E):—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec-
tion 3 of the Import & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) _ the Central Government hereby makes the following order Anther to amend the Exports (Control) Order.l 977, naraelyj—
Note: The above regulations are however relaxed and export permitted by firms on obtaining certificate* from the Chief Conservator pf Forests and Chief Wild Life Warden or the officer authorised by them, that th" material of plantation or nursery origin. However^ export of Saussurea Lappa, Dioscorea deltoidea and orchids are in addition regulated as per the provisions of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
