G.S.R. 327 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Insolvency Laws (Amendment) Act, 1978 (28 of 1978), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 1979, as the date on which the said Act shall gome into force.
