NOTIFICATION
S.O. 321(E).—In eAcrcise of the powers conferred by Section 4, read with sections 5 and 3, of the Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974) nod in supersession of the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry ot Works and Housing No. S. O. 1522, dated the 29th April, 1977, the Central Government hereby appoints with effect from the 31st May, 1979.
(a) Shri S. G. Boso Mullick us part-time Chairman vice Shri Bhagwan
Sahay ;
(b) Shri Gajondra Kumar and Shri V. S. Katara as part-time members
vice Shri A. P. Kanvindc and Shri Prakash Tandon;
ic) Shri M, M. Ttana as part-time member of the Delhi Urban Art Com- mission and makes the following amendments ID the notification of the Government of India m the Ministry of Works ;md Housing No, GSR. 190{E), dated the 27th April, 1974, namely :—
In the said notification, for lbs words "shall consist of a Chairman and two members" as follows:— and ihe entries occuring thereunder, the follow- ing shall be substituted, namely :—
"shall consist of a part-iimc Chairman and three other part-time members
Part-time Chairman,
1. Shri S. G. Uose Mullick
Part-time Members
2. Shri Gajendra Kumar, 3. Shri V. S. Katara and 4. Shri M. M. Rana."
