NOTIFICATION
S.O. 325 (E) It is hereby notified for the information of the general public that the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi hue, with the concurrence of the Chief Jusrticc of India, nominated, in pursuance of iub-seclion (2) of section 3 of the Special Courts Act, 1979 (22 of 1979)—
(a) Shri Justice Mohindcr Singh Joshi, a sitting Judge of the High Court of Delhi as the Judge of whom the Special Court No, 1 esta- blished at New Delhi by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of Justice) No. 33/4/79-Jus dated 30th May, 1979 shall con- sist ; and
(b) Shri Justice Mangi Lai Jain, a sitting Judge of tho High Court of Delhi, as the Judge of whom (be Special Court No. 2 established at New Delhi by the i,nid notification, shall consist.
