S.O. 32tf(E)/15/IDRA/79.—Whereas the industrial under- taking known as Messrs. Giovanola Binny Limited, Cochin in the State of Kerala is engaged in the production of pen- stock pipes for hydro-electric projects, huge pressure vessels for fertilizer factories, machineries for paper manufacturing industries and trawlers and small ships for fishing industry ; And whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that there has been and is likely to be a substantial fall in the volume of production of the said undertaking and the said undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detri- mental to the public interest ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by lection 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby
