PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 28-ITC(PN)/7<)

New Delhi, the 1st June, 1979

Subject: Gold Jewellery Export Replenishment Scheme.

F, No. 12/4/78-EPC — Attention h invited to the Department of Commeice Public Notice No. 24-ITC(PN)/79 dated the 30th April, 1979 notifying that the price at which the gold will be sold trader the said Scheme by the State Bank of India durinjj the month of May, 1979 would be Rs. 710 for 10 grammes of pure gold (1,000 fineness) exclusive of any local taxes applicable thereio.

2. On a review of the position, it is hereby notified that trie price at which gold wfll be sold to the Release Order holders under the said Scheme by the State Bank of Indta on or before the 30th June, 1979 would be Rs. 800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only) for 10 grammes of pare gold (1.000 fineness), exclusive of any local tHxes applicable thereto.
