ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th June, 1979
G.S.R. 375 (E).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (1) of section 19 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (38 of 1962), the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of West Bengal, hereby increases the maximum limit of the authorised capital of the West Bengal Stale Warehousing Corporation to three crores of rupees, divided into three lacs shares of the face value of one hundred rupees each.
