ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th June, 1979
S.O. 343 (E)/18A/lDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section !8A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in !he Order of the Government of India in the Late Ministry of Industrial Development No S.O. 13 (E) dated the 3rd January, 1974, namely :—
(i) In the said Order for serial number 8 and entry relating thereto, the following entry shall be inserted, namely :—
"8. Shri C. R. Bondre. "Meghdoot", Prabhat Road—12th Lane, Pune-411004.
(ii) after entry 8, the following serial number and entry
shall be inserted, namely :—
9. Shri D. M. Pathak,
S. No. 128/1-A, Next to Dr. Chitra Naik's Bunglow, Poud Road, Pune—411029
