No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(117) ;—Attention is invited to Export Trade Control Order, No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(106), dated the 30th March, 1979. issued in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947).
2 In the said Order, in para 4, pertaining to OGL. 3, in sub-para (iv), the minimum export price of Rs 50 (Fifty) shall be rend as "Rs.. 40 (Folly)".
