G.S.R. 377 (K).—In puruuuncc of sub-cluuse (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No, 72-CUS. LG.S.R. No. 325 (E)] dated the 1st April, 1979 as amended by Notification No. 112 Cus./G.S.R. No. 3)3 ([•), dated 16-5-70, namely :—
