सा० का ० नि० 378 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार भारतीय पत्तन अমি- नियम, 1908 (1908 का 15 ) की धारा 33 की उपधारा ( 1 ) तथा धारा ( 34 ) द्वारा प्रवत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और इस विषय पर पूर्ववर्ती सभी अधिसूचनाओं और आदेशों को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, निवेशक करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपक्ष में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 60 दिन के अवसान के पश्चात ठीक आगामी दिन से मुम्बई पत्तन में प्रवेश करने बाले तथा इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में बणित जलयानों पर , उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिविष्ट वरों बर और स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में नियत समयों पर पत्तन शुल्क उदग्रहणीब होगा।

30 जून के बीच एक बार और 1 जुलाई बीच एक बार.।
अथवा अन्य यांत्रिक साधनों से चालित 1
एक मास में एक बार 2 (क ) वस टन और उससे 64 पैसे अधिक के तटवर्ती जलयाम (सिबाय मछलीमार नौकाघ्रों के)
64 पैसे प्रतिवर्ष , 1 जनवरी और 30 जून के बीच एक बार और 1 जुलाई तथा 31 दिसम्बर के बीच एक बार ।
(ब ) तटवर्ती जलयान जैसे कि टग मौकाएं , फेरी नौकाएं भौर नदी नौकाएं चाहे मे भाप चालित हों अथवा अन्य यांत्रिक साधनों मे चालित हों ।
3 (क) पत्तन में प्रवेश करने बाले भारयुक्त जलमान जो यात्रियों को वहन न कर रहे हों,
(i ) किन्तु पत्तन में कोई पत्तन शुल्क स्थोरा या यावी लेते है कातीन एक मास में एक बार

(ii) किन्तु पत्तन से, किमी पत्तन शुल्क एक मास में एक बार यात्री या स्वोरा को लिए बिना चलते है, का श्राधा
(iii ) मरम्मत, शुल्क डाकिग , पप्लन शुल्क एक मास में एक बार बंकरों में लेने , सामग्री या जल या कर्मीदल के परि- का श्राधा वर्तन या कर्मीदल के किसी रुग्ण सदस्य के छोड़ने और पत्तन से कोई यात्री या स्थौरा को लिए बिना चलने के प्रयोजनार्थ ,
(ख) ऐसा जलयान जो पत्तन पत्तन शुल्क
शुल्क वे चुकने के पश्चात का एक पत्तन छोड़ देता है किन्तु जिसे स्थौरा या यात्रियों सहित या किसी अन्य प्रयो- जन से उसी मास के भीतर जिसके लिए संदाय किया जा चुका है, पत्तन में पुनः प्रवेश करना पड़ता है ।
एक माम में एक बार 4 ऐसा जलयान जो पत्तन में प्रवेश करता है किन्तु जो कोई स्थौरा या यात्री न तो उतारता है और न लावता है (सिवाय ऐसी उतराई या भराई जो मरम्मत के प्रयोजन के लिए मावश्यक हो ) पत्तन शुल्क का श्राधा

6 मनोरंजन याफ्ट या अन्य जलयान जिसे पत्तन छोड़ने शुल्क नही के पश्चात मौसम के कारण अथवा कोई खराबी हो जाने के कारण जाहे वह मौसम के कारण हुई हो , अथवा अन्यषा, पुनः पत्तन में प्रवेश करने के लिए बाध्य होना पड़े ।
एक मास में एक बार 7 विपत्तिप्रस्त जलयाम जिस पूर्ण पत्तन पर स्थौरा लवा हो और जिसे हँसकर बंदरगाह में लाया जाए ।
8 विपत्तिप्रस्त जलयान जिस पत्तन शुल्क का पर कोई स्वौरा न सवा तीन चौचाई हो जिसे डेल कर बंदरगाह में लाया जाए ।
स्पष्टीकरण: इस अधिसूचना में,
( 1 ) "तटवर्ती जलयान" से वह जलमान अभिप्रेत है जो भारत स्थित किसी पत्तन या स्थान में भारत स्थित किसी अभ्य पत्तम या स्थान के लिए यात्रियों या माल को समुद्री मार्ग से ले जाने का कार्य कर रहा हो ।
( 2) "विवेशगामी जलयान" से ऐसा जलयान अभिप्रेत है ओ भारत स्थित किसी पत्तन या स्थान और किसी अन्य पत्तन या स्थान के या मारत से बाहर स्थित किसी पत्तन या स्थाम के बीच व्यापार में लगा हो ।
( 3 ) "मनोरंजन माक्ट" से किसी भी साधन से बालित ऐसा पोत अभिप्रेत है जो पूर्णतया मनोरंजन यात्राओं के लिए प्रयोग में लाया जाए और जो बाणिज्यिक प्राधार पर यात्रियों का बहन न करें ।
(4) " तार जलयान" से अभिप्रेत है ऐसा जलयान जो विदेश मंचार के लिए यंत्रों से तथा सब- मैरिन केबलों को उठाने, उनकी परीक्षा करने और उन्हें बिछाने के लिये गियरों से सज्जित हों ।

New Delhi , the 16th June, 1979
G.S.R. 378( E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 33 and Section 34 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 ( 15 of 1908) , and in supersession of all previous notifications and orders on the subject, the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that with effect from the day following the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , port dues shallbe levied on vessels entering the Port of Bombay and described in column 1 of the Schedule hereto annexed at the rates speci- fied in column 2 thereof and at the time fixed in column 3 of the said Schedule .

Explanation-In this Schedule-
(1) "Coasting vessel " means a vessel engaged in the car- riage by sea of passengers or goods from any port or place in India to any other port or place in India .
(2) " Foreign going Vessel " means a vessel employed in trading between any port or place in India and any other port of place or between ports or places outside India .
(3) "Pleasure Yacht " means a ship howsoever propelled which is exclusively used for pleasure cruises and does not carry any passengers on a commercial basis .
(4) "Telegraph Vessel " means a vesel equipped with machinery and gears for lifting , examining and laying sub- marine Cables for Overseas communications .
