CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 382 (Kl.—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1%2 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue) No, 172-Customs, dated the 6th September, 1978, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of th; Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1*75), when evported out of India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is in excess of RB. 750 per quintal.
