2. On a review of the situation, it has been decided to allow the export of human skeletons against firm contracts already entered into prior to the isbue of Public Notice No. 25-ETC(PN)/79 dated 7-3-1979. Letter of Credit und police certificate in such, cases where firm contracts had been entered into prior to 7-3-79 weed not be insisted upon.
