NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th June, 197?
S.O. 351{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of "ection 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoint the 24th day of June, 1979 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except sections 44 and 45 which have already been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI (except sub-section (1) of sec- tion 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force) of the said Act shall come into forge In the following areas in the State of Rajasthan namely :—
"(1) The area covered by extended Municipal limits of Alwar as noti- fied in Rajasthan State Government Notification No. F-l(2) LSG (63) 63948—958, dated 30th April, 1976 published in Rajasthan Gaswttc, Part 6GA) dated 13th May, 1976.
(2) The areas within tho revenue limits of the villages Belaka, Berka, Palka, Chatarpur, Itarana, Desula, Ghegholi, Naharpur, Goondpur, Kemala, Diwakarl, Khudanpuri and Jhareda in Tehsil Alwar, Dis- trict Alwar ; and
(3) The areai within the revenue limits of the- villages Goleta, Kamalpur
and Dhadholi in Tehsil Ramgarb, District Alwar."
