EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 352(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(120)—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirty-third Amend-
ment Order, 1979.
2. In the Export (Control) Order 1977,—S. No. 17 of Part 'B' of Schedule 1 to the Export (Control) Order 1977, and S. No. 8 in OGL 3 may be deleted.
