NOTIFICATION
S.O. 253(E).—~In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 455 of the Merchant Shipping Act, J958 (44 of 1958), the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of the said Act, shall .not apply to ships belonging to, or under the Control of, the Coast Guard Constitutes under the Coast Guard Act, 1978 (30 of 1978).
