G.SR. 398(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-scclion (1) of section 3 of the Major Poit Ti;isty Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), rend with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby notifies the name of Sbri Rnvindra P. Patel m, elected to be a Tiustec, representing the Gandhidhrim Chamber of Commerce nnd Industry, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Kandln, and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport iTrnnspor* Wing) No. G.S.R, 300(E), dated the 31st March, 1979, namely :~~

In the said notification, after Serial Number 15 nnd the entries relating

thereto, the following Serial Number and entry shall be inserted, namely :—

"16. Shri Rnvindra P. Patel—Representing the Gandbidham Chamber of
