No. 9-2/79-EP.^In exercise of the lowers conferred by Section 45 of the Food Corporation Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and with (he previous sanctiou of the Cen- tral Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes tho following regula- tions further to amend tho Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971, namely :—
1. (1) These Regulations shall be called Ihe Food Corporation of India (Staff)
(63rd amendment) Regulations, 1979.
(2) They shall be deemed to have tomo into force on the 21st June, 1979. 2. The existing provisions under columns 5, 6& 7 of Serial No. 4 of Appendix 2
of the FC[ (Staff) Regulations, 1971 shall he amended to read as under:—
