S. O. 357(E). .—In pursuance of Explanation to the First Schedule to the Froduce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966) read with Sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (De- partment of Agriculture) S.O. No. 407 (E), dated the 23rd June, 1978. the Central Government is pleased to fljf, with effect from the 1st July, 1979, the tariff value in respect of Cashew Kernal at Rs, 2000 per quintal for the year 1979-80.
