NOTIFICATION
S.O. 358(E).~In pursuance of Clause 4 of the Colliery Control Order, 1945, as continued in forte by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Ccnlrnl Government hereby makes the following fuither amendment in the notifiuiiion ol ihe Government of India in Ministry of Energy (Department of Coal) No. S.O. 408 (E) dated the 1st August, 1975, namely :•—•

(a) in isolc y, Ilie following shall be inserted al the end, namely : —
"'When Ihe impost ii, on Ihe raw coul used for Ihe manufaeluie ol h'ird i'oke. ihe sum on account of the impost, realisah'c per tonne of ha I'd cuke sha.l Lv- uifei taincd by multiplying the rales for the nnv coal used in the manufacture of hard coke by 1.5".
(1)) in Nole 4. the following shall be inserted at the end, namely :—
"When ihe impost is on the raw uial used for the manufacture of soft coke, th: film cm account of the impost realisable per tonne of soft coke shall be ascertained by multiplying Ihe rates for ihe raw coal used in the manufacture of soft coke by 1.35".
