ORDER

New Delhi, the 26th June, 1979

S.O. 369(E)/15/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry 6f Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 326(E)/15/IDRA/79, dated 31st May, 1979, namely :—

In the said Order, for the lost paragraph, the following shall he substituted,

namely —

"2. The above body shall submit ils report to Ihe Central Govcrnmeut by

the 31st July, 1979."
