In paragraph 2 of "the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1979", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1980" shall be substituted.

New Delhi, the 29th June.l 979NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS G.S.R. 417CE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 31 of the Finance Act, 1979 (21 of 1979), the Central Government, being satisfied that It is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of G.S.R. 416(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the (885) 313 Gl/79
