सा० का० मि० 424 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए कृत्रिम रेशम बम्ब ( उत्पादन धौर वितरण) नियंत्रण आदेश, 1962 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्मलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम कृत्रिम रेशम वस्त्र ( उत्पादन और वितरण) नियंत्रण ( संशोधन) आवेश , 1979 है ।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत होगा ।
2. कृतिम रेशम वस्त्र ( उत्पादन और वितरण ) आवेश, 1962 में,- बंड 3 -फ के पश्चात् निम्मलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्
"3ख. वैफ़िर्ग पर मियंक्षण वस्त्र भायुक्त किसी भाधारण या विशेष भादेण द्वारा , किमी विनिर्माता या विनिर्माता वर्ग को यह निवेश कर सकता है कि वह कृत्रिम रेशम का धागा , अट्रिटयों , शंकु या ऐसे अन्य रूप में और ऐसे अनुपात में, जैसा कि वह प्रावश्यक या समीचीन समझे पैक करे और तदुपरि ऐसा विनिर्माता या विनिर्माता वर्ग , ऐसे मिदेशों का श्रभुपालन करने के लिए बाध्य होगा । "

ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th June , 1979
G.S.R 424 (E ) .---In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Art Silk Textiles ( Production and Dis- tribution ) Control Order , 1962 , namely :-
1. ( 1) This Order may be called the Art Silk Textiles (Production and Distribution ) Control ( Amendment ) Order , 1979 .
(2) It shall come into force at once ,
2. In the Art Silk Textiles ( Production and Distribution) Contiol Order , 1962 , after Clause 3 - A, the following clause shall be inserted , namely:-
"3 - B . CONTROL ON PACKING . The Textile Com- missioner may , by general or special Order direct any manufacturer or class of manufacturers to pack art silk yarn in hanks , cones or in such other form and in such proportion as he may consider necessary or expedient; and thereupon such manufactures or class of manufacturers shall be bound to comply with such directions . "
