S.O. 374(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (I) of rule 3 of the Iron Ore Mines and Manganese Ore Mines Labour Welfare-Cess Rules-,-1978 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No S.O. 535(E), dated the 31st August, 1978, the Central Government hereby specifies the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to Iron Ore Mines and Manganese Ore Mines Cess Commissioner and assigns to him the local limits of the States and Union territory specified in the corres- ponding entry in column (4) of the said Table.
