NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 30th June, 1979
S.O. 377(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section
3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955),
the Central Government hereby makes the following order
further to amend the Textiles (Production by Powerlooms)
Control Order, 1956, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Textiles (Production by
Powerlooms) Control (Amendment) Order, 1979.
2. In Clause 6 of the Textiles (Production by Powerlooms)
Control Order, 1956 in the first proviso, for the expression
Rs. 100 (rupees one hundred only)" the expression Rs. 600
(rupees six hundred only)" shall be substituted.

Order further to amend the Cotton Textiles (Control) Order
1948, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Cotton Textiles (Con-
trol) Amendment Order, 1979.
2. In sub-clause (6) of clause 12 of the Cotton Textiles
Control) Order, 1948, in the first proviso, for the expression
Rs. 100 (rupees one hundred only)", th# expression
Rs. 200 (rupees two hundred only)" shall be substituted.
