1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 72-Customs G.S.R. 325 (E), dated the 1st April, 1979, the Central Government hereby determines that, for the pur- poses of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currencey specified in column (2) of the Schedule bolow into Indian currency of vice-versa shall be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry, in column (3) thereof.
