H.O. 382QB).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 5 of the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (64 of 1930) read with rules 3 of the Delhi Transport Corporation (Members) Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Madan Mohan Abrol, Member, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, and resident of l-F/109, Lajpat Nagar, New De'hi-110024. as member of the Delhi Transport Corporation and makes the following amend- ment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 283(E), dated the 1st May, 1979, namely:—•
In the said notification in Para 1 after the item (viii), the following Item
shall be inserted:
