ORDER

New ftelhi, the 5th July, 1979

S.O. 383(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Reserve Rank of India (Maintenance of Services) Ordinance, 1979 (4 of 1979), the Central Government, being satisfied that in the interests of the general public it is necessary and expedient so to do, hereby prohibits with immediate effect strikes in the Reserve Bank.
