CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 437(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-"ection (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the nolification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue) No. 130-Customs, dated the 18th June, 1979, the Central Gov- ernment, being satisfied that it ia necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is in excess of Rs. 900 per quintal.
