R. 438 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clauses (a) of sub- section (J) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), tie Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notifica- tion of (he Government of India, Minisrfry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 145-CUS. [G. S. R. No. 429 (E)] dated the 1st July J979 as amended by Notification No. 153 Cus. [G, S. R. No. 430 IE)], dated 2-7-1979 namely :—
