ORDER
New Delhi, the 7th July, 197y
SO. 387(E)/18AA/IDRA 79.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 426(E)/18AA/IDRA/74, dated the 8th July, 1974 the management of the Chemical Unit of the Industrial Undertaking M/s. Associated Industries (Assam) Ltd., Chandrapur was taken over under sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) for a period of five years upto and inclusive of 7th July, 1979 and M/s. Assam Industrial Deve- lopment Corporation Ltd. was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of M/s. Assam Indus trial Development Corporation Ltd, for a further period of one year;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the sjid Order should be extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 7th July, 19K0 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 181-B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 7th July, 1980.
