SUBJECT . Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1977- March 1978 (Amendment Errata)
No. 45 ITC (PN) / 77 . Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy ( Policy Book - Volume II ) for the period April 1977-March 1978 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 21 - ITC (PN) / 77 dated the 27th April , 1977 .
2. The fol owing corrections / amendments may be made at the appropriate places indicated below-

" It is clarified that if the exported Electrical contacts made of silver alloy or silver / copper bimetal (used as components in electric control gear and switch gear) contain 50 % or more of silver by weight , no REP benefits will be admissible thereon."
The following remark may be added :-

"(1 ) For the purpose of calculating the REP benefits against exports of micro switches with silver/ silver alloy contacts , the licensing authority will exclude the value of silver from the f.o.b. value of exports will only be eligible for REP benefits , if other wise admissible under the policy. Applications should be accompanied by a Chartered Acco- untant Certificate indicating the quantity of silver content and its value used in the export product based on which the licensing authority will work out the REP entitlement after excluding the value of silver . It is clarified that if the exported Micro Switches with silver / silver alloy contacts contain more than 50 % silver by weight , no REP benefits will be admadmissible thereon .

विषय. अप्रैल , 1977-मार्च, 1978 की अवधि के लिए पजीकृत निर्यातको की यात नीति ( सशोधन, शुद्धि ) ।
सं० 45 श्राई टी सो ( पी एन ) 77. वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की सार्वजनिक सूचना स ० 21- आई टी सी ( पी एन ) / 77 दिनाक 27 अप्रैल , 1977 के अन्तर्गत श्रप्रैल , 1977 -मार्च 1978 के लिए प्रकाशित श्रायात व्यापार नियत्रण नीति (नीति पु ० वा ० 2 ) मे निहित पंजीकृत निर्यातको की नंति की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जाता है ।

टिप्पणी
( 3 ) उपर्युक्त ' बी' मे सकेतित निर्यात से सम्बन्धित भ्रायात सूची में यदि कोई मद आती है तो उस के लिए लागू नीति के अनुसार उस मद को आयात कर सकते हैं । इस तथ्य को ध्यान मे रखे बिना कि ऊपर ' ए ' में उल्लिखित निषेध सूची में या ऊपर ' सी' मे उल्लिखित प्रतिबंधित सूची मे वह मद आती है ।"

वर्तमान टिप्पणी ( 1 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को शामिल किया खण्ड 2,

कालम 4 "यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि यदि साइजो में काटने के लिए राड/ स्टीक के रूप मे निर्यातित रजत पीतल मिश्रधातु मे वजन में 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक चादी शामिल हो तो उन्हें कोई आर ० ई ० पी ० लाभ नही दिया जाएगा । "

कालम 4 "यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि यदि निर्यार्तित विद्युतीय संयोग में जो चादी मिश्रधातु या चांदी/ ताम्बा द्विधातुं से बने हो । (विद्युतीय नियत्रण गियर और स्विच गियर में संघटको के रूप मे प्रयोग किया गया हो ) और वजन मे 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक चांदी शामिल हो , तो उनको कोई आर ० ६० पी ० लाभ नहीं दिए जाएंगे । "

ए० 28 "वादी चादी मिश्र धातु सयोग के साथ
कालम 4 निर्यात के मद्दे भार ० ई० पी ० लाभो की
लिए लाइसेंस प्राधिकारी निर्यात उत्पाद के मूल्य से चादो के मूल्य को निकाल देंगे । माइक्रो स्विचिस के सगणना के उद्देश्य के जहाज पर निशुल्क मिर्माश के शेष जहाज परं निशुल्क मूल्य के लिए आर ० ई ० पी ० लाभ दिए जाएगें यदि नीति के अन्तर्गत अनुमेय हुश्रा तो आवेदन पत्र के साथ सनदी लेखापाल का प्रमाण पत्न संलग्न होना निर्यात उत्पाद में प्रयुक्त चांदी की मात्रा चाहिए । जिसमें और उसका मूल्य सूचित होना चाहिए । उसके भाधार पर लाइसेस प्राधिकारी, चांदी का मूल्य निकालने के बाद आर ० ६० पी ० हकदारी की संगणना करेंगे । यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि यदि चांदी/ चांदी मिश्र धातु संयोग के साथ निर्यातित माइक्रो स्विचिस के भार मे 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक चांदी शामिल है तो, उन्हें कोई भी श्रार ० ई ० पी ० लाभ नहीं दिए जाएंगे । "
