EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Subject :•—Export of Wheat Products, viz. maida, rawa, suji, resullani titla and wheat bran.
File No. 40/26/78-E-II.—Attention is invited to S. No. 39 on page 15 of the Policy statement of Export Policy Book, 1979-80.
The existing conditions No. (i) and (ii) appearing In Col. 3 against S. No, 39 of the Policy Statement shall be read as undei :—
(i) Tf the exporter himself h not a roller mill as defined in the Wheat Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) Order, 1957 he will have to designate such a roller mill and file with the licensing authority an a'tested copy of the agreement entered with the miller for converting wheut into wheat products.
(ii) On an application from the exporter and after filing the attested copy of the agreement cnteied with the miller, where this is necessary, the licensing authority will issue the release order on the Food Corporation of India (Regional Office concerned) to enable the miler mill to obtain supplies of wheat for the fulfilment of the export order,
