ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th July, 1979
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 394(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(122).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (ConLiol) Thnty-fifth Amcndmont
Order, 1979,
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977—
(i) In Part 'B' Schedule 1. at the end of the existing entry against S. No. 7
"Covered under Indo-Noiwav und Jndo-Hnland Textile Agreements".
(ii) In OGL-3, the oxistiny entry appearing ;>gainst S. No. 42, in O>1. 4,
shall be substituted by Ihc Jullowing :—
"Acainsit quota allotted I-" ill." Apjuuel", I \poit 1'iomolion Council or its authorised reprc'^nuitivcs, by endorsement on Shipping Bills".
