SUBJECT.—Import of (1) Fruits dried, salted or preserved n.o s excluding Dates(S. No. 21(a)(ii) /IV), (11) Asafoctida (fling), (S. No 31(b)/V), (iii) Cumin Seeds (S. No. 37/IV) and (IV) Medicinal Herbs (S. No 87-109/IV) from Afghanistan and counter-exports of goods from India, underIndo-Afghan Trade Arrangement, from 1-8-761031-7-1977.
No. 46-I.T.C (PN)/77 —Attention is invited to para 6 of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. I09-ITC(PN)/76 dated 3rd November, 1976, containing the policy and procedure for import of dry fruits asafoetrade, cumin seeds and medicinal herbs from Afghanistan and export of commodities from. India to Afghanistan.1
2. It has since been decreed to extend the last date mentioned in para 6 referred to above for issue of CCPs for import of dry fruits from 30-6-77 to 27th July, 1977.
